I'M REBECCA.

Food is my abiding love. I've been a dedicated home cook for over thirty years and was a restauranteur for fifteen. 

I also struggled with chronic health problems and obesity for over two decades. Complicating matters, my ADHD made it impossible to execute complicated recipes or log my food into an app.

After years of trying to make diet culture nonsense work, I set it all down. I wanted to live naturally, eat according to my hunger, and have that produce a reliable, healthy weight.

Real food made with intuitive cooking provided my escape from diets, chronic health problems, and obesity. I lost fifty-five pounds (fourteen years ago) and gained a revitalized life.

In 2021, I founded not another diet to lead people out of the dysfunction and self-denial of diet culture.

This course helps you choose and prepare healthy food with minimal prep, zero gadgets, and no recipes.

Why does that matter?

In order to realize your health goals, you need to eat real food for most meals. To do that, you have to cook.

What I've done is to make it as simple as possible to cook with intuition so you, too, can love and trust your body.
