Don't diet. COOK!

Modular, no-recipe real food cooking for busy people who want to eat healthfully without boredom or overwhelm.

The part you'll feel first: steady energy, a quieter mind around food, and freedom from the 6pm "what's for dinner?" dread.

I've spent my life in kitchens, and have ADHD. I needed cooking to be intuitive, so I rebuilt it around formulas instead of recipes.

You're in the right place if you want to break free from overprocessed foods by learning to cook real food in a way that's simple enough to actually stick with.

What are people saying?

Drowning in saved recipes you never make?

That's because for everyday eating, they actually add more friction.

"I don't use the phrase 'life-changing' lightly, but it definitely applies in this case. The course has changed the way that I think about cooking.

Your systems-based approach is SO sensible, SO flexible, and SO effective."

FAQ

Consistency is a place, not an idea.

You don't need another recipe–you need a system.

End the overwhelm, overbuying, and overconsumption.

Real food naturally regulates your hunger, metabolism, and mood.

You need quick, simple, and tasty meals at the ready to feel the benefits. That means returning to your kitchen for more than a weekend project or air frying leftover pizza.

COOK! ends tedious recipe scrolling, hunting for ingredients, and relying on gadgets, so you make meals with what you have and like.

Modular cooking turns basic ingredients, techniques, and formulas into flexible, reusable parts—so you can build meals without starting from scratch every time.

"I love your work, and I love COOK! It was a great purchase." –Renee

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Rebecca Thomas

I'm a former restaurateur who lost 55 pounds by eating real food at home.

I'm also a woman with ADHD who finds the friction of recipes exhausting. The measuring, the steps, the constant checking back with one hand covered in garlic. Women who think like I do tend to invent workarounds, because we have to. And the more I cooked, the better I felt, so it had to be easy.

So, I rethought cooking from the ground up.  I used my extensive culinary background to make daily cooking simple and intuitive. Modular cooking is a method I created that turns basic ingredients, techniques, and formulas into flexible, reusable parts—so you can build meals from scratch every time.

My approach is unique and honed over a lifetime.

"You've legit changed my view and experience of cooking." –Rosemary
