You're here for a reason. Healthy eating feels confusing, or you want to feel better. Maybe there's a metabolic disorder upending your life. It could be weight gain, or high blood pressure/blood sugar/cholesterol (not all the same thing, but go with me).
You may also suffer from sleeplessness, mood dysregulation, or brain fog. These are all fruits of the same tree.
One thing about me is that I'm never short of ideas. That's one of those good and bad qualities we all possess. Helpful in some ways, and problematic in others.
