Why is it so hard to see ourselves with accuracy?
This vintage ad is a hoot.
If you can, it's the actual path to change.
That's what's so great about having a coach. As soon as I talk to people about their weight and dietary struggles, I can see what's happening, but often these same people are living in the dark. It all feels murky until someone can see and reflect the issues.
That's what the Big Sugar Workshop is designed to do.
You can have conversations all day in your head about what you should be doing. You can download an app to temporarily restrict your intake. You can do a 30-day challenge (and then drift right back to old habits). You can tell yourself you'll just 'quit' sugar. That last one is the least effective.
Or, join the workshop on Saturday, the 10th.
I'm going to lead you through a series of questions designed to create awareness of your consumption patterns. We will share and discuss actionable strategies. I will offer feedback on how you're consuming sugar to stop the cascading effect of all-day cravings.
It will be fun. It will be illuminating. Come.

You don't need another diet; you need a new lens.
I'm doing a Big Sugar Workshop for the community on January 10th to help you uncover what's triggering you, overly tempting you, and causing the cravings you're battling.
We'll go step by step through the life and dietary choices that are upending you and discuss strategies to create lasting change.
Next steps:
Step 1: Listen to this awesome episode of Hidden Brain for a contextual understanding of living with constant overabundance.
Step 2: Join the newsletter community if you haven't already. This workshop alone is worth the admission price.
Yours in joyful living,
Rebecca
PS. This is why I'm strict about not eating (most) preservatives.
